Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, and we will pre-authorize your credit card for the purchase. Once received, we will promptly confirm the availability of the item with our suppliers. If the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and ship the item within five business days. You will be notified of the shipment with tracking information sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please take note of any damage to the packaging when signing for delivery and send photos of the damaged item(s). We will then initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours to avoid any cancellation fees. Orders cancelled after this period will be subject to a £20 administration fee, regardless of whether the order has shipped or not. If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the actual return shipping charges in addition to the administration fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
